Come on Bristol City

Crawley v Bristol City preview

Team news for Saturday's League One clash between Crawley Town and Bristol City at Broadfield Stadium.

Ryan Dickson could return to the Crawley starting line-up for the visit of leaders Bristol City.

The left-back began Tuesday night's 1-0 defeat at Bradford on the bench due to a slight stomach strain but was able to come on as a substitute midway through the second half.

Dickson's return would see Sonny Bradley move back to his regular position at centre-half.

Fellow defenders Dean Leacock (groin) and Lanre Oyebanjo (hamstring) are set to miss out again along with midfielders Conor Henderson (ankle), Marvin Elliott and Josh Simpson (both hamstring).

Steve Cotterill is again without any injury problems as Bristol City look to extend their lead at the top of the table.

The Robins are 10 points clear of their nearest rivals and currently on a three-match winning run after beating Leyton Orient 3-1 on Tuesday and are at near full strength as they continue to manage a few knocks.

Greg Cunningham and Joe Bryan are battling it out for a spot in the midfield, with Cotterill opting to rotate the duo of late.

George Saville will be staying at Ashton Gate after Kenny Jackett ruled out recalling him to Wolves and is expected to be pushing for a place in the side after two impressive cameos from the bench in the previous week.
